    Default repainting frame

what is the best way to repaint the frame on my 2005 silverado with out taking body off of the frame
i am sick of looking at all the rust on the frame i think this truck was rust proofed because the paint on the frame feels like it is a thin rubber coating and if i rub it the paint comes off

yes it would but.........if the factory coating is just rubbing off with ur fingers. i would just go to the local carwash with high pressure hose and go to town. clean all that crap off. then paint on the POR15 black.
