I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe with about 96K on it. Every once in a while (mostly when shortly after I start driving in the morning) the oil pressure guage will fall to nearly its lowest reading and the car loses power for a moment. I let off the accelorator and the pressure jumps back up and things work fine. Please note, the oil pressure guage always reads all the way right to the highest mark (I think 80). I've checked levels, fine. No leaks. Everything else works fine. Makes me think it may be an oil pressure switch. Any thoughts? Are these fairly easy to replace?
Thanks so much.

It sounds like you have a voltage problem rather than an oil pressure problem. Your ignition switch may be at fault or it may be something else. Start by cleaning your battery cables. Then monitor the voltage at the instrument panel fuse while this problem occurs. If the voltage drops to the instrument panel it's a sure sign the ignition switch is going south. The voltage should remain above 13 volts with the engine running.
