22" wheels on 2000 Suburban

Can anyone please tell me if 22" wheels with 305/45/22 tires would fit a 2000 Suburban/2500 without rubbing? If not, any idea how much modification would be neccesary?

Well, for anyone else that might be wondering the answer to my question above, I went ahead a mounted the 22" wheels with 305/45/22 tires, and there is only a very slight rubbing that I can eliminate with just a little work. The rubbing is very slight though, and only felt in the most extreme turning.

I just mounted 285/75-16's on my 2500, same diameter as your 305's. The only rubbing is on front driver side on the rear side of the wheel well when cranked hard right. Is this the same spot yours rubbed? what did you do to fix it? thx!
