92 Suburban w 454 ??????????????? Galore

Alrite i have tried going back and searching the forums and just not concise answers.

I have a 92 Suburban 2500 4x4 w 454 TBI.
ALL STOCK 80K miles

It couldnt tow last year-spark was tweaked. SO i replace plugs, wires and rotor cap. It ran good till now. Starts but stumbles when cold and doesnte have towing power. Im thinking its the timing.

So here are some performance questions.

How do i change the timing and have it stick in the PCM?

How far timing advance can i go?

Anyone know where i can find headers for this beast?

Is there a way to bypass all the smog crap?

Throttle body spacer-will it help? What size works best?

Can i change the intake to an airgap/performer intake without problems? Which one works best?

Can i change to roller cam, roller rockers easily? Worth it?

I thought there is a programmer out there u can dial/toggle between TOWING / PERFORMANCE / MPG?

Have u checked ur egr valve or checked 4 vaccuum leaks?
