    Default waiting to shift

New 2009 crew cab - 5.3 - crusing around 60mph, feels like transmission is under alot of strand. Is this the way six speed trans. work? Had a 1997 V6, it just fell into overdrive and floated down the interstate.

If the truck is cold it may do this but once it warms up it should be in Overdrive and cruising in 6th gear at 60MPH. If not, take it in and have it looked at.
