It started last night. October 8th, dumper around 2 inches, which the first inch melted when it hit the ground making the worst driving conditions on the gravel roads. And it's still snowing right now. Temperature got to -17*C last night, or for you american folk, around 1*F.
Here's a few pictures of my truck and from out the window of my house.

Wow I can't believe you guys already got your first snow, it's cold here in Ohio but not that cold! Btw your truck is looking awesome in that picture, I don't think I would change a thing on it either. As far as the height difference to me it is hardly noticeable, but you could do what the good old boys do and throw a 2x4 on top of the frame rail.
All kidding aside maybe you could get a 1" block to put under the rear springs, my truck had the blocks in the back and it rode really smooth almost like stock.

Sure looks cold! We are still getting into the 90s here around San Antonio, Tx. I think the 1" block in back might level it out, but it is looking real good now!

My kit had a 4" block. and an add a leaf, i think im going to go to the spring shop and get another overload put in.
Oh and i haven't been on lately, but i got Clear Headlights and Park lights, and some LED Bulbs.
BTW i have a billet bow tie on the way, so i took my old one off, my girlfriend got me one for my birthday but the bolt holes didn't line up. She bought it from a different shop, $67, went to my shop i always go, $37 Chrome Billet Bowtie. Pretty good deal i'm thinking, the bowtie came last week, but when the owner opened the box, he cut a gash in the bowtie, so it has a really big scratch in it a deep one. So she's going to return it, he said he would accept it, because he knows i wouldn't like it. haha

The new headlights and marker lights look great in the truck, I think it's the cleanest look for the front of a truck. The chrome bowtie will also be a nice touch, it's nice to see your not color matching it like everyone else. The spring idea sounds like it would work good, but I bet it will also up your towing capacity as well.

Hmmmmmmmm, IDK, that looks kinda cold.
Its only in the 50's here but I'll take that over the white stuff any day. That stuffs fun to play in for a while but I wouldnt want to have to deal with it every day.
I did a winter over on the Ice Pack years ago that gave me a great appreciation for warmer climates.
