I have a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4 and the transmission likes to hunt for gears alot, its usualy around 45 mph. It happens at other speeds on occassion and it also shifts a little hard on occasion. I just had the transmission rebuilt 6 months ago and I have only put about 10,000 miles on it if that, I have taken it back to the shop that did the tranmission work on several occasions and let them drive it and they have told me that it is an engine miss, but my mechanic tells me my engine is running fine. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
