I have a 2002 Silverado 4.3 V6. It's a single cab long bed, and has almost 200,000 miles on it but it's in excellent condition. I just added a Super 40 Flowmaster muffler on it, but besides that everything is stock. I want to find a way to give my worn down truck some power. I don't really want to spend too much on a truck with so many miles, but I was thinking about something like a K&N Air Intake, or maybe a Volant. Or should I just put a K&N air filter on it? Also, I was considering putting on a leveling kit. Any thoughts? Anything is appreciated.

Welcome to the site! My son has a '89 like yours with 320,000 on the dial. It is getting pretty weak at this point. A cold air intake might help, but improvement may not be very big. You can try going to synthetic lubricants and pick up a little. Good luck!
