Depends on what tire size you put on there. You can generally run up to about 33 inches overall diameter, so you can have about 4-4.5 inches of rubber around a 24 inch rim.

I know people have asked before, so a quick search should help you find the necessary information for figuring out what that means in metric tire sizes.

ive started the search to find out about fitting 24's on my 06 denali. I found that most people who run 24's run a 305/35/24 and thats still alot of tire sidewall. Im gonna start really inspecting other rimmed out denali's when i see them in parking lots and such because I also wanna lower it 2 in the front and 3 in the rear.

Hey I have a 2007 silverado it's 4 wheels drive and I have alot of clearance with 22s and I have a 4 rear and 2.5 front drop, my buddy has an 01 2 wheel drive with 22s and 2 in lowered and he's close to tires so u would be able to with a really low pro tire

285/75 are the largest tires i could fit on my 2002 silverado 4x4 z71 without rubbing, 2wd's are lower, so i think thats the maximum, you can purchase a leveling kit to make it fit easier.
