Will this reprogramming of the remotes work if your original remotes didn't have remote start but the new remotes do have it. Will this make the remote start feature work?

I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado with the Driver Information Center. I have punched every button and cannot find the display "RELEARN REMOTE KEY". If I could find this the rest should be easy to program a 3rd remote to keep as an extra. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong to not find this. Thanks
