Default Can anyone tell me what wire this is?

I had a picture but lost it.

Anyways underneath the driver seat I found a loose wire. It has a plug on the end...looks like a small 2 prong plug. However it wasn't plugged into anything?

    Ideas?

    year, make, model?

does the wire come down from the seat or from the floor?
when you start the truck and dont have your seat belt on, do you get a red seatbelt sign on your dash? if not, then that is the wire... if it comes from the floor, it might be a factory connection for heated seat, but will need to know year make and model.

    Good luck

2000 GMC Sierra 4x4. I believe it came down from the seat. Could be the seat belt thing .. I'll look when I get the truck back in a day from the shop.
