Default Can I stay with 35 inch tires?

I have a 2004 gmc 1500 z71 with a 6 inch bds suspension lift, 20 inch wheels and 35 inch nitto A/T's. The front tires rub and i want some more clearance, i was looking into a 3 inch body lift with bumper relocation and gap guards. Will I be alright staying with 35 inch tires after doing the body lift? Will it look weird. Does anybody have a 6 suspension and 3 body and 35's with pics?

Welcome to the site. I have an 08 1500 with a 6 inch BDS lift, 20 inch rims and 35 inch tires and had the same problem with rubbing. I installed a 1 1/2 inch leveling kit in the front and replaced the block in the back for a larger one. Rubbing is gone.

Thanks guys, it runs pretty good in the front, but my fenders have already been shaved a little. How much more clearance would the leveling kit give me? I have my torsion bars adjusted to were my truck is sittin level now. Keep all the good advice comin.

    Welcome to the club!

It's got to be the offset or backspacing for the rims, because I have seen people with that setup and they have had it all done with just a 6" suspension lift. I believe that Darcy has that exact setup on here as well, his screen name is Dwill3015 check out his albums he is also a moderator.
