Door handles nnbs sierra crew cab

I purchase a set of Summit White door handles for my 2007 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. I got the door panels off and the white water protector then I put it all back together because I didn't know how to get the door handles off. Anyone have any ideas on how to change these?
