    Default V8 Colorado

    How can a person find out how many 2009 Colorados have factory V8's installed?
    I have one and I have never seen another one on the road and I have only seen two in the Chevy web site for sale at dealerships.
    I'm beginning to think that I should put mine up on blocks and stop using it as an everyday driver!

    Keep driving it. Chevy started putting the 5.3L in it for 2009.

    Don't know how many were built though.

    I doubt the factory will just send the dealerships a V8 Colorado, I would guess its more of an order from a customer thing. Just not too many people these days looking for a Colorado with a V8 I would think.

    its kinda like how many cobalt or silverado ss's do you see

    theres plenty out there though. im glad the v8's are holding up well, wish they made the rest of the colorado motors the same
