    hey hows it going im mdkuhn58 i own a 1989 chevy suburban 4x4 wit da 350tbi auto trans i live in bellingham wa im having an electrical problem i keep blowing the guage idle fuse when i unplug the cruise control switch at the brake pedal it stops blowing fuses any ideas

    Yea! Another older truck joins the fray! Don't get me wrong. I love the NBS trucks, I just can't justify taking one out and banging it around the desert.

    Regarding your problem, have you checked the brake lights? Are they working properly? I was just thinking that a short in the brake light circuit is blowing the fuse. Also trailer connectors are notorious for being a source of lighting issues.

    Yep I would check the trailer connections if you have them, we have had our share of electrical issues regarding trailer wiring causing other problems. .......... ..... AMY
