S10 ZR2 4x4 problems

ok here is the deal.I have a 2002 s10 zr2 with on the fly 4x4. I push the 4 hi button and it clicks like it always has coming from the passenger side of the truck behind the kick panel. i can also hear it engaging under neath the truck. this suggests to me that the transfer case is engaging. Also i tried putting it in 4 lo and it gears down properly yet still nothing coming from the front tires in either 4 lo or 4 hi any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem. Have you figured anything out on that?

I have a silverado. It has a manual shift 4x4, but there is a small motor on the front diff that engages the axles. Take a look at that.
also that clicking sound you hear may be a relay or something..dunno for sure tho

There's a vacuum actuator for the 4wd on S10's that engages the front axle and is a pretty common part to fail. Its under the battery tray, you should be able to get the part at autozone.
