    Default Newb from DFW, Texas Area

    Just got back into a Chevrolet Truck after a 6 year tour with a Dodge 1500 HEMI then a Dodge 2500 Cummins.

    I never had a Dodge but I have heard that the Cummins motor is a beast, I am sure that you will find plenty of stuff to do to your Silverado.

    I will say that both motors were beast in some form...the cummins was much more fun to mod though. It's amazing the torque and power you can get out of them, and the cost you can accumulate to rebuild the tranny and TC!!!

    im not saying that its a bad motor in fact its a really good motor it just that ford owns the rights to cummins and around here we have some really cocky ass punks drivin daddys dually and tearin them up dont get me wrong ill own a dodge before a ford but these punk kids around here dont no what there doin
