governer on the 95 tbi 350
were is the governer ive heard its behind the speedo its in the computer its a plate behind the motor please shed some light on the subject

What kind of vehicle? Engine or transmission governor? Diesel engines have governors to limit the RPM. Gas engines have rev limiters. Transmissions used governors up until the 4L60E which is computer controlled.

OK, the 4L60E has no governor.
