    Default 2500HD ride height

    I want to lift my Z71 to about the height of the 2500HD trucks, does anyone know what lift kits I should be looking at? Im guessing its a 4'' lift? Any help would be appreciated.

    Default Same question - no luck with searching yet

    I have a 2005 Z71 Crew Cab and would also like to have it sit about the same as a 2500 or 2500 HD.

    Can anyone tell me what the stock ride height is and what it would take to get my Z71 that high?

    Most 2500s are about 3" higher than a 1500 including Z-71s. Skyjacker makes a 3" lift for the 1500s. Its a suspension lift and not a body lift. Its not to hard to install because you dont have to drop the front diff. to install kit. It comes with shocks and a rear add-a-leaf. You can run a true 33" tire and stock wheels.
