I just got the paperwork from my insurance company onthis. They said, "we know they got the paperwork, because they paid it."
Just games hoping that I'll drop out I guess.

I would thik that regardless of the insurance company claims just on the police report and witnesses you could file a civil suit against the actual driver and bypass the insurance company all together. Although it would be great to stick it to the insurance company. Its odd how Farmers has been such a pain and I have had them for 15 years and my parents have had them for 35+ and no issues ever.

I don't think it works that way in Texas, I thought about that actually, but Texas has laws against stuff like that if there is an insurance company involved they can legally pass everything onto them.
As I just said, Farmers just said that they don't care about the Police Report, they are only going to give me 60% on the medical bills, etc. Wow, that's just crazy that a company can be that twisted.

Just talked with the "supervisor" on this case, Sid Lowe. He claims that he doesn't agree with arbitration on this so he will not give me 100% for the claim. WOW, just doesn't make any sense at all if you ask me. They already paid the vehicle claim for 100% but they're not going to pay the other liability ... just insane. They lost arbitration!!!
If they disagreed, they should have really disagreed and fought against the original arbitration decision.

Just filed in small claims court for the accident that was two years ago today. Farmers offered me just over $500 for the accident, which is just a laughable/insulting joke of an offer.
