With the surrender of GM to the Central Government the chance for any new Bowtie in my driveway is... NONE! There are plenty of older, more likeable Chevies to still enjoy. I can almost understand the pain of the Oldsmobile and Pontiac fans. But in the long run they will all burn anyway.

I'm not sure what surrender your talking about but these are unprecedented times where change is neccesary and for so many very painful. I live here in Detroit so i see it first hand. Change is hard but i believe the restructuring of the big three is not only neccesary but the only way they will survive. Peace![]()

Well stated Shorty..
While I agree that the almost complete takeover by the feds may not have been the greatest of ideas in the long run.. it is unfortunately a much needed band aid.

I agree with Shorty 71! Once this is over, I hope the change is a good one!

I think it was inevitable that this happened. I agree that its an ugly thing but I belive GM will "rise like a Phoenix" and be better.
I am sad cause I think its gonna affect the order and delivery of my 2010
