anyone put a cam in their 5.3

hey all ive got an 09 silverado 1500 z71 and i was thinking about putting a cam in it. i was just wondering if anyone else has done this. and if so what kind of performance have you gotten out of it or any issues you had.

I know plenty have, there are tons of vids on you tube of cammed motors too. I know on the first gen of 5.3 you could do the LS6 swap too, not sure about the newer 5.3 as some have the AFM and it may not work.
