So I'm planning on rebuilding my 350 for my 1994 Silverado 1500 TBI. I have a list of parts so far, but I'm not sure if there even right for this engine. Here's my list so far:
Engine basic rebuild kit: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FEM-MK6038A-000/ -- $230
Summit Racing Hypereutectic Pistons for 4in diameter: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-17350-00/ ----$85.95
Comp Cams Xtrem Energy 252XFI HR13: http://www.compperformancegroupstore...Code=RLERCAMXE ---$303.57
Comp Cams Hydraulic Roller lifters : http://www.compperformancegroupstore...=SBCNEWLifters -- $224.03
Comp Cams Push Rods : http://www.compperformancegroupstore...CNEWPushrods-- $35.64
I'm looking to keep the TBI system, since the ECU still runs like new. I havent found any cylinder head rebuild kits yet, so if someone could help me find one of those. But what am I missing here, and what wont work? Any reccomendations? I'm not planning to actually do this for several years, but I would like to get an idea of what I need and what it will cost.
Thanks.

The re-ring kit is for an older carbureted 350, so some of the seals won't fit, including the valve cover gaskets.
The pistons and cam should work fine, but you'll need a spider for the roller lifters and probably new rocker arms to be on the safe side.
EDIT: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FEM-MK6504-000/
That's the kit you want.![]()
