    Default radio question

I have a 2002 trail blazer. I was wondering what size speakers are in my truck and if i go aftermarket, with the head unit should, i replace the speakers, what is the maxium wattage of the factory speakers, and will i need a an amplifier if i replace the speakers with after market specs?

The Trailblazer comes stock with 6 1/2" speakers.

The head unit won't push aftermarket speakers very well at all, from what I understand. However, a higher watt unit should match up to whatever you buy, the sky's the limit!

You can always install an amp and maybe some subwoofers, extra speakers, etc. It's up to you.
