Just bought a 2003 Envoy XL SLT. Looked at a few other SUVs (Expedition, Durango, etc.). Mine's got the 5.3 V8, DVD, Bose sound,
Leather (well you know). Pound for pound the best of the bunch. Could have went smaller for gas mileage but who buys an SUV and then worries about that? Got 50,000 on it as a lease return but everything looks and functions absolutely perfect. Paid 16,900 for it and don't think I fot shafted by any means. Also own a 1996 Grand Cherokee. This is a very nice vehicle but my Envoy puts it to shame.
Quick question: Does anyone know how to get the factory DVD to play through my Bose stereo?
Thanks for your time!!

IS THERE AN "INPUT" OR "AUX" BUTTON ON THE FRONT OF THE IN-DASH?
THAT WOULD BE MY FIRST GUESS.
IF NO LUCK THERE, GO FOR AN FM MODULATION-(BROADCASTS TO FM RADIO STATION)
I'D BET DOLLARS TO DONUTS YOURS HAS A HARDWIRE CONNECTION.
GOOD LUCK!
Welcome, from another newbie. Nice choice on trucks, sounds really nice. Your dvd should be playing through your bose system unless the system is not factory installed. Did your truck come with the owners manual? I just bought a 2003 Trailblazer, no manual! So I dont even know what all the buttons do yet!
