    Default 6" coil springs lift question

    What's up every one, I bought a set of spring coils that are suppose to lift the truck 6", all I have is a level kit all else is stock, can I use the spring coil with this set up or do I need to get spindles as well?? If I can get away with jut the springs what shock do I need to purchase?? Will this give the California lift look?? Hope some one can help me Thanks!
