    Default Vacuum Line???

I have a vacuum line that I am trying to locate. It goes in the puck looking thing where the PCV valve plugs into. It is a smaller line probably 1/4 inch but it doesn't go anywhere. It has vacuum while the motor is running. Could this line have something to do with the front differential not engaging? The car is a 1999 GMC Jimmy 4X4.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

The front diff. locks through vacuum. It sounds like the line for the 4x4 is off - you need to check a manual to see how it is supposed to be routed.
