    Default Missing Vacuum line

My 94 2wd 1500 suburban has a missing vacuum line and I need help finding out where it is. When facing the engine from the front there is a bracket on the left side of the engine right over the passenger side valve cover. There's an electronic thing there with a blue connector. There are two vacuum line fittings on that electronic thing. one of the vacuum lines are missing. Can someone tell me which vacuum line goes there and where does it come from. I don't see any loose lines any where. Could this also be the reason that my truck is still missing after replacing the plugs, wires, cap and rotor?

    Thanks.
