    Thanks, I sat down and tried to imagine where they would do best, that's why I chose to mount them there. The round ones I had bought just didn't have the beam projection I liked. I wanted to keep it as clean and uncluttered as possible so I stuck with these flat style. Thanks again!

    Haven't got them finished up yet so I can't comment for sure. But I did test them out before mounting them and they were plenty bright enough!

    i put a set on my silverado this fall. i had the same problem, couldnt see anything reversing, now its great. i went with round ones for now, mostly because they were onsale for $2.50 a light. i mounted them on the outside of my hitch frame. i am a little worried about smashing them backing up, but for only $2.50 i probably wouldnt cry. i am planning to hook them up to a seperate switch in the spring. will be handy for talegaters...
