Default Buying advice for Tahoe / Yukon

    Hi everyone,
I've decided to sell my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee (5-speed) and buy an ealry 2000's Tahoe or Yukon.
I live in Boston, and plan to drive mostly in the city, with occasional off roading (alot of driving on snow).

I like the Z71, but also like the more luxurious Denali.

Any buying advice, in terms of problems / features to look for? Any good years / bad years to buy?
Any MAJOR differences between the Tahoe / Yukon?

Any maintenance needed at certain mileage marks?

And - do prices come down in the spring / summer when people are not looking for 4x4's in the winter?

I cant think of any real problems on those years the mod. motors were a step up from the old 5.7 vortechs and the same trans/ they do have elect.qwuirks but that varies from unit to unit
