Yeah, it's a CRAZY process. Like I said about posting images, just have to trust me, it will get easier when we move to a new and better system in a couple of weeks.
How to add an AVATAR:
1) Click Profile, near the top of the screen.
2) On the bottom of that page, find the "Avatar Control Panel".
3) Choose your method. a) Upload Avatar from your machine: b) Upload Avatar from a URL: or c) Link to off-site Avatar:.
4) When this is done, click "Submit" on the bottom of the page.
It should work. If it doesn't, let me know.
