If there is he or she must likely wont admit to it. Living pond scums. They should all be hung! Just my opinion.

    Fair enough point.

The tombstone reads: "Here lies John Smith, an attorney and and honest man."

A small child walked past and said, "Dad, are there three people buried in there?"

Smart child, maybe you could hire the child. The child is honest!

Where is the story on what you need help with? I did not see a link. I do not know what you need help with, so I do not know how much Texas and New Hampshire law agree, But I have a brother and a sister who are both Practicing attorneys. I wont show them the nasty comments, though. It has been my experience that most greedy lawyer storeys are really greedy client who hired a lawyer stories.

Found the link. If you want to try, you may have a case against the original insurance company, and against your insurance for not going for the whole amount. Also, your medical bills should have at least been paid by your insurance under your uninsured/under-insured policy that is part of all insurance around here.. At least in N.H. . The cost of all this will probably be more than you will get, however. The law just sucks to deal with. That is why I am a power lineman and not a lawyer like the rest of my family.

Well, I'm about to just walk away from it.

The other attorney said I would have blown him away and would have won the case. However, it does appear that the arbitration amount is taken into consideration and I am past the two-year statue of limitations to file a "big court" case.

That sucks, but that's life. I'm going to move on.

On another note, the woman that pulled out in front of me was hurt pretty bad. She had a broken sternum and has been using a cane to walk with until recently she said. So I guess I'm glad I just have a bad back.
