Tailgate struts shot?
After spending a few weeks up in the great white north, my tailgate struts began to fail. Now that I am back home, they're not working at all. Man, that tailgate is heavy.
Anyway, can they be re-charged, or do they simply replace them? I haven't yet called the stealership. I wanted to ask you all first.2000 K1500 Suburban

replace them. Places like O'Reiley's have replacement struts. I've bought mine from them for things like my tool box lid and the hood to a friend's Jeep. They have all different lengths and connection fittings to make sure you get the right one.2010 Equinox LT
