2007 Chevy Tahoe vibration issues
I'm having vibration issues throughout my vehicle. The vibrations occur typically at freeway speeds and I can hold the RPMs to continue the vibration. Sometimes vibrations can occur at 45 mph. It seems like the vibrations are more evident in low gears.
I took my truck into a local dealer and the problem was resolved. The technician said the problem was found in between the 3rd and 4th gear shifts. A few months later, the problem returned, and the local transmission technician went on leave. I have taken my truck to two other dealerships, but they cannot figure out the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? I've read that this issue can be caused by a bad torque converter.
