    Default Instrument cluster interchangeable?

Well I solved all of my electrical issues except for one, now that I got my rpm tach to work, the speedo and odometer do not work anymore. I am thinking that it is the instrument cluster that has gone bad, but I suppose it could also be the sensor on the t case. Someone is trying to sell me a used instrument cluster, but it is from a 93 v6 standard. I have a 93 v8 standard. The only differences between the instrument clusters is the numbering of the oil pressure mine 0-30-60 and the other one0-40-80. Any ideas if this would work?

    Default

It will, but the oil pressure gauge obviously won't read right. Well, electrical gauges aren't that accurate anyway, so you probably won't notice much difference.
