    Default Retractable Side View Mirrors

I own a 2009 Silverado LT1 4wd and would like to know if there is a way to program the mirrors to automatically retract when you shut of the vehicle. Seems that down here in Miami all the parking spaces are meant for small cars.

    Thank you

PS A quick and probably dumb question, there is a switch with a + and - on the gear shift lever, dont have my owners manual and I am curious as to what this does.

You must have a 6 speed automatic transmission. If you put the indicator on the M the + and - allow you to change gears up and down without moving the gear shift. It works really well on mountain roads.
