bad altenator bearing maybe?....mine sqeaks at start up on cold mornings and will go away after it warms up...i replaced a/c belt and serpetine belts and checked the tensoiner and it checks out good!....i took the sepentine belt off and spun the altenator pulley and it squeaks so im assuming the bearing is going out or its dry in the mornings?....the other day i started it and it was so loud i thought the truck was going to blow up and after it warmed up it quit and hasnt done it since. So next week im getting a new alternator and see if that helps...My truck is a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 4.8L
