    Default Intakes?

Looking at getting an intake for my 2000 4.8L, and just wondering what would be the best option between K&N and AEM brute force. Also thinkin about a throttle body spacer, but I'm not sure if its worth it. Thanks.

I put a Racing Options Cold Air Intake and a Holley Throttle Body Spacer on my rig.

Big difference... only spent $80 on eBay.

    Cheap Horsepower...

Any intake makes a difference and a throttle body spacer is worth it. Makes a noticable gain.

Throttle body spacers are only somewhat beneficial on TBI engines.

I went with The K&N CAI and the Airraid throttle body spacer....Noticed a good increase...The best was after I added high flow cats and exhuast.... I have a few pics of the intake and throttle body spacer...its on a 4.8 06 silverado so you can see if you like the look or not...
