Blow the starter motor :=(
Or to be more precise it was my brother who got stranded at the parking lot of his work today.
Apparently the starter just refused to engage, so it was Mercedes to the rescue and sad Sportside got pushed to trailer and pulled away behind my father's Sprinter. My bro already ordered a new starter and we should get our hands on it on Wednesday.
So I guess my next entry will deal with starter motor change :=) BTW: what kind of job is it?

Ok so this is more so over the last week. I installed extended braided stainless steel brake lines, and firestone air bags in the rear. I also had 5" superlift rear blocks put in to replace the 4" procomp blocks (even with the add a leafs I had a reverse rake of about 3/4" so had to get rid of it). Now that is where the fun ended and the hit to to pocket book took place. While having the shop put on the rear blocks they noticed an issue that is now gonna cost me $1000 to fix. To make a long story short it goes in today to have the front lift removed and put back on correctly and with all the correct parts. I would have taken it back to the original installer to fix it for free but when I lifted it he was in the process of getting rid of the company (retiring) which he failed to mention it too me (only found out when I went back for the 10 day recheck and they were gone) and pretty much I got the wall display instead of a new kit and had pieces mixed and matched in. I had other install issues originally but little things I was like ok whatever but this last one was the kicker.
I also put a new carburetor on my Land Rover yesterday.David
