    Exclamation Trouble Starting

    Hey all, My 97 burban has always had a hard time starting, though eventually it always turns over. ive replaced the started, the battery... but yet every time i turn that key i have to pray for it to start. Any suggestions?

    Does it turn over real slowly or does it just not want to catch and fire?

    1987 Chevy Suburban

    When was the last time you replaced the plugs and wires?

    we need more info

    do you have an extended crank meaning it just turns over with no go, or a real slow crank

    if extended crank you need to check fuel pressure. If slow you need to do volt drop tests on the starter and battery wires

    It turns over slowly.

    Its a real slow crank. Ill try replacing the wires.
