How wide of a tire can I fit?
I am in need of tires but I would like to get some meatier tires; now I have 245-75-16s. I know 265-75-16s will fit but how wide can I go on the stock wheels and completely stock suspension?
2001 Suburban 1500 4x4 without the Z71 package

my 2k5 allows me to run 285/70/17s, I ended up with Wrangler SilentArmor Pro's. love the tires, guessing I probably have 15k on them, give or take. These are the best I've ever owned by far. They are expensive, but I have never had a problem with lack of traction.

285/75r16 is the largest i would go. I have them on my stock rims still, and had no problems.
