    Make sure if you already havent, to put extra bracing on the frame where the steering gearbox bolts to the frame, with that stiff procomp suspension it with brake the frame in that spot.

    Beautiful truck. Looks like it's about done, except the exhaust :D

    It's extremely unlikely an 87 3/4 ton would have an NP203 full time transfer case. Those are manual hubs? I can't see real well. More likely an NP208, possibly a NP205. If it's a 205, run 75W-90 synthetic. It will shift better, and help reduce some driveline drag. Which the 205 has plenty of. I'm not sure what the recommended fluid is for the 208, but I would run synthetic in it.

    I would run 75W-140 Synthetic in the diffs. It wouldn't hurt to replace the axle seals anyway.
