You can get a great pair of speakers from Alpine for $100.

I got my Kenwood eXcelon's, front, back, and tweeters off of eBay, shipped, for less than $200.

The stock deck will Handle them, but the stock decks cant power them like a Aftermarket Deck would. With a Aftermarket deck they will sound better, but with a Aftermarket Amp they will sound a lot better

I would say after you get your aftermarket head unit
then get a nice 4 channel amp. I like them , but if I had to do it again
I would probably put a few more dollars with it and get some Rockford Fosgate power components. I bought them when they were 120 a set. I think they're now only about 70 or 80. They're definitley worth that price.

The panels are easy enough to pop off if you just take your time and don't pull real hard. I pulled out my windows to tint them and had no issues.
