Thread: Door Adjustment

  1. #1

    Default Door Adjustment

I've a door, driver's side, which is only slightly out of adjustment. Like someone had it off once and put it back on almost right. It works pretty well, but is just enough of a tug to be annoying.

If I were to attempt to re-adjust this door, what would be the proceedure?

btw, how can I tell if the misalignment is due to position or something being bent? It's just odd enough that perhaps it's a warping from someone swinging on it or such.

I'm pretty sure its just the two pins holding the door on there. When I go off roading mine kinda pops up so I have to lift up on the door and push it back into place which puts the door right back in adjustment. Obiously I need to change my pins out... perhaps you might need to do the same.
