Wow! Such interesting alcohol discussion. I can give you all a traditional Russian recepture (unique) of how to consume vodka:
    1. Prepare a hot (temperaturewise) and fat soup. It doesn't matter what type of soup (for me hot fish soup is the better).
    2. Cold (not frozen) vodka.
    3. Eat 1-2 spoons of soup after each vodka shot.
Normaly you consume 0,2 litres of vodka per soup portion. You feel warm in you body and light drunkenness.
Another point. Never consume vodka in coctails (Russian rule). But, you may cosume some beer after.

Concerning Russian taxes for TrailBlazer. Unfortunately, because of 295 hp you have to pay 1500 USD per year, and no way to escape it. Other Chevy SUVs (Tahoe, Sub) oblige you to pay even more taxes (>300 hp). I did consider to buy H2 with over 400 hp, but stoped it because of taxes.

Concerning the pepper vodka (PERTSOVKA) it will be better to but standard vodka, and add Hot Chile Peper (2-3 smashed pods) and small spoon of honey, well mix and then keep it for 2 weeks in warm place, then cool it and drink (shots only, no long drink)!

    2 Eugene :
Yeah... hot and fat - that's it!
    .
Some guys lower the horsepowers in their papers. So I have 259 in real life, but 200 in my pasport of vehicle. So I pay $300 per year.
But I'm a little bit afraid to do it with a newer car.
    .
I used to make such kind of pertsovka by myself.
    Regards, Ivan.

"Hot and Fat" is a real soup (e.g. Uha, Solyanka etc). You know, I guess )))
Concerning the car documents change it is risky and almost impossible for new cars. Also it is rather expensive. I'd better pay these damned 1500 USD to the government that to crime people from the police.

Borsch is a too complicated issue, Tovarisch, so better to stay with simple staff...
