Default Biggest tire I can run with stock 16s

Looking to buy new tires and Im wondering what the biggest tire I can run with stock suspension is.

From my research here, Ive seen that I could probably run 255/70R16 or 265/70R16 with no problems.

And if the stock backspacing isn't smaller than 4.5" I could run a 265/75R16.

Im not sure if Im right on these choices or not. If anyone has any input or suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

Hey man, Im running 285/75/16 on my 2wd chevy and its been good, although I think it would look better with 265/75/16 because of the front being down more than the back theres like 4" from the fender wall and the tire...im not a big of that look but Im lifting mine so i have to deal with it for now lol

A 15'' rim wont clear the calipers, and actually i think you already have a 17" rim.. If i am correct..
