Temporary disable DRLs???

Is there some secret to turning off the DRL when you are sitting in the truck with the engine running???
With my 97 Burban I used to click in the parking brake one click and it would turn them off...but how do I do it in my 01 Burban????

It should tell you in your owner's manual. But I believe that it goes like this.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Depress the parking brake, and push the dome override button four times. The truck should make a chime, and they are disabled. But that's just to disable them for that time. The next time the key is turned to the off position, and back on again the DRL will operate again.

I don't think you have to push in the brake on these models, just the dome override button 4 times.

Yeeeaaa! It worked, dome light override 3-4 times did it. Thanks again!
