You guys are the reason Chevrolet should bring back the "Like a Rock" slogan, and then back it up!

they used to... might not hurt but they also need to appeal to the newer generations, so they have to go softer with the adds...

I know someone with a aveo, and it actually seems to be a pretty solid car, but maybe thats because it only has 50k

I love my gmc dont get me wrong. I do think that some of the imports are kind of cool. But I wouldnt get rid of my gmc for one. I do have a 86 crx si that i love to drive. Its like a big go cart the only probmle with it is most of it is plastic and after the issue with bambi I have had nothing but problems finding parts for the front end. I still have the car in hopes of finding the finders for it but so far no luck. One of these days Ill get some pics of my toys up just havent had the time to wash them and take pics yet.

why drive a PUDDLE jumper when a full size chevy 2 wh dr gets 30 mpg?

BUT we have had a 89 Toyota camrey that lasted 758,000 ,No troubles, ever.
I gave it to friend who got it stuck, when he hooked the chain to the factory
tow hook, the whole back 1/4 section of the car tore off, was a TAD rusty.
so put motor in another Camrey and its got dam near 900,000 now.

Saw it. Not impressed. As with a lot of things of this nature, you really have to look at how they "scored" cars. A couple of critiques/observations:

    1) Start with the title: "10 worst cars on the road"??? Does this mean they evaluated every model from 1920 to today (thanks to those antique car enthusiasts, you do find a few of those antique cars on the road)? Read the article and find out that they really only evaluated the 2010 model year cars.

    2) notice the reliability score is "predicted". Since we are only looking at 2010 model year, we probably don't have many really good measures of reliability (how many miles do most 2010's have on them at this point? 15k?). So they predicted the reliability. How?

IMO, these sort of articles are probably as much about selling magazines as they are about rating cars.

    That list is terrible.

The GM vehicles first of all should not be on that list, but the bigger gripe I have is seeing the Wrangler on that list. I drove a TJ around for 275,000 miles before that thing bit the dust.
