Default 99 burban power door locks not working

The back seat, passenger side door power door lock isn't working. I've read that it's a fairly common issue among these trucks, but I wanted to make sure of the problem. Is it the actuator? If so, how difficult is it to replace? I had the door panel off yesterday trying to look around to see if I could see anything, but when I lock/unlock the doors nothing in the door panel at all moves. It can be locked/unlocked manually though. If the part is too expensive I may not even worry about it. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue, but i get a small oomph from the actuator, but it doesn't fully unlock/lock. But after 10 mins of waiting, it works once, then craps out again.
