Rear diff ID
I have a 2001 Silverado 1500 4x4, need to know how to id the size of the ring gear by diff cover, i have to replace the rear wheel bearing and need to have the size of the ring gear to get the right bearings.

Assuming its the stock rear end, it'll have an 8 1/2" ring gear. Should have 10 bolts going around the outside of the rear diff cover.
